The foreman directs and coordinates daily fabrication and production activities during the second shift to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. They also collaborate with other departments to maintain project schedules, manage shop personnel, and ensure high quality standards.
Candidates must have managerial or supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work a second shift schedule, including overtime and Saturdays, are required.

The 2nd Shift Parts and Plates Foreman is responsible for directing and coordinating daily performance, fabrication and production activities during the second shift. This position provides hands-on leadership to shop personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and production schedules. The Foreman serves as the primary point of contact for shift operations and collaborates cross-functionally with other fabrication facilities, project management, logistics, purchasing, and others to ensure on time delivery and company objectives are consistently achieved.
