The Senior Director of Nursing provides executive leadership for clinical vision, operational excellence, and quality outcomes across all healthcare services. They are responsible for strategic oversight of resident care, infection control, risk management, and clinical education within the community.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active, unrestricted Illinois Registered Nurse License. A minimum of seven to ten years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including at least five years in a senior role within a CCRC or skilled nursing setting, is required.

King-Bruwaert House is one of the top premier Senior Living Communities located on 35 acres of beautiful picturesque green surroundings located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Nursing. The Sr. Director will serve as the executive leader responsible for the clinical vision, operational excellence, resident experience, and quality outcomes across all healthcare services with the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
The Senior Director of Nursing will report will report to the Chief Executive Officer of KBH. This leader will provide strategic oversight for clinical services supporting Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, including Resident Care Coordination, Infection Control, Risk Management, and Clinical Education.
The Senior Director of Nursing will ensure exceptional resident-centered care while fostering a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, innovation, and continuous quality improvement.
