The role involves designing UX/UI for multiple AI-powered products and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver implementation-ready designs. The designer will also improve usability and consistency across the product portfolio by contributing to reusable design patterns.
Candidates need over 4 years of experience in Product Design/UX/UI with proficiency in Figma and a structured approach to problem-solving. Experience with AI-powered products, LLM interfaces, and B2B enterprise software is highly preferred.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to support multiple product streams and help scale design output across the Kiefer Tech product portfolio.
This role requires strong product thinking, high ownership, active use of AI tools, and the ability to turn product ideas into clear, practical designs ready for development.
Design UX/UI for multiple AI-powered products
Work closely with Product Manager and Engineers on feature delivery
Deliver clear, implementation-ready designs
Improve usability and consistency across products
Contribute to design patterns and reusable components
Support faster product iteration cycles
4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI
Strong UX thinking and structured problem-solving
Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
Ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience collaborating with engineering teams
Practical and delivery-oriented mindset
Nice to have
Experience designing AI-powered products
Familiarity with LLM interfaces and AI workflows
Background in enterprise or B2B product
Work on real AI products with tangible impact
