The flagger is responsible for directing heavy equipment and vehicles around construction sites to ensure safe traffic flow. They must also alert drivers to potential hazards and maintain clear communication with other flaggers on-site.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a flagger and possess a fundamental knowledge of road signs. Reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends and overtime are also required.
