We are looking for an Events & Sponsorship Specialist to join our CX & Brand Marketing Department on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and sponsorship activities, helping deliver engaging brand experiences aligned with Kia's strategic objectives.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, external agencies, partners, and suppliers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

You will play an active role in designing and executing initiatives that strengthen Kia's brand presence and enhance customer engagement.

Drive outstanding events

• Support the planning and execution of national and local brand events.

• Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and external partners.

• Ensure flawless event delivery from concept to on-site execution.

• Maintain high standards of quality, customer experience and brand consistency.

Bring partnerships to life

• Support the management of sponsorships, ambassadors and strategic partnerships.

• Coordinate activation plans and visibility opportunities.

• Collaborate with partners to maximise impact and value creation.

• Monitor results and contribute to performance evaluation.

Create memorable customer experiences

• Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging brand experiences.

• Help connect physical and digital touchpoints to maximise audience engagement.

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other business functions to deliver impactful initiatives.

• Adapt experiences to different audiences, objectives and business priorities.

Monitor performance and investments

• Support budget planning and cost control activities.

• Track KPIs related to participation, engagement, visibility and lead generation.

• Produce insights and recommendations to continuously improve future activations.
  

Your Talents:

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Events, Sponsorship, Brand Experience, Experiential Marketing or similar roles.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Compensation Transparency:

For this position, Kia Italia offers a hiring salary range of €31.860 - €35.400 per year, representing the typical hiring range (ca. 90%–100% of the internal salary band) for a full-time equivalent. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience, in line with equal pay principles.
