As an Occupational Therapist in Home Care, you will evaluate and treat individuals with various physical and cognitive impairments. You will develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, using a holistic approach to promote recovery and enhance daily living skills.

KeystoneCare offers post-hospitalization home care, palliative care, comprehensive hospice services, private duty care, and telehealth services. KeystoneCare is also known as Keystone Hospice and KeystoneCare Home Health. We are also a participant in the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services' Aging Waiver Program. KeystoneCare is governed by a Board of Directors.
