Acts as a trusted advisor to commercial real estate owners and developers by providing comprehensive financial solutions and credit facilities. Responsible for driving revenue growth, managing portfolio risk, and deepening client relationships through the bank's product platform.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and extensive experience in real estate lending, specifically 10+ years for the Senior Banker role. Candidates must demonstrate a strong balance between business development and asset quality/risk management.
This position (Sr Banker) is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $180,000 to $260,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
