The Senior Specialist executes complex processing and administrative work related to commercial lending documentation. They are responsible for resolving complex issues, contributing to process redesign, and serving as a subject matter expert for the line of business.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of operations experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred along with proficiency in banking operations and Gemba Kaizen methodology.
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm

Job Summary
Under limited supervision, the Senior Specialist is primarily focused on execution of complex processing, operational and/or administrative work following defined and sometimes undefined procedures. The Senior Specialist is responsible for following established guidelines to identify and resolve problems, escalating issues as needed, and contributing to workflow or process change and redesign. Individuals in this position should form a strong understanding of the specific product or process they are working with.
