Be it fresh meat crafted by our master butchers (such as McIntosh Donald and St.Merryn) or our famous brands (such as Rustler’s, Big Al’s and John Stone), we offer a total foodservice solution with the premium quality our customers demand.
Overview – Red Meat UK (RMUK) Division
Kepak is Irish and family owned since 1966. Excess of 1 billion euro turnover, over 4000 employees across the group we have 14 sites across the UK and Ireland. 3 divisions; Red Meat UK, Red Meat Ireland and foods.
Brands include; Rustler’s, John Stone, Big Al’s, Celtic Beef, McIntosh Donald, St.Merryn, Watergrass Hill. Purchased red meat UK sites in August 2019. Red Meat UK includes; McIntosh Donald in Aberdeen, St.Merryn in Merthyr (Wales) and St.Merryn in Bodmin (Cornwall). Produce beef and lamb across 3 red meat UK sites.
Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring that the standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the office environment is achieved on a daily basis, ensuring safe use of cleaning equipment at all times.
Role Requirements
Cleaning of all factory offices & toilets.
Cleaning of security gate house and reception area.
Ensuring all cleaning tasks are carried to the highest standard
Cleaning of all factory offices/ other required areas.
Safe use of cleaning equipment
Safe use of cleaning materials and chemicals, in line with training
Maintain and safely operate tools, equipment, and chemicals
Adhering to cleaning instructions and schedules, to ensure tasks meet the required hygiene standards
Maintain Hygiene Standards
Completion of daily cleaning tasks, and completion of all relevant documentation and checklists
Maintain to Health and Safety Standards
Actively participate in all required company training
Complying with Company’s health and safety rules, and hygiene requirements
Carry out any other duties as directed
Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder
