Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) for senior residents. Participate in a 5-day certified training program to develop dementia care skills and professional healthcare competencies.
No prior CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required to apply. Candidates must be able to attend the full 5-day in-person training session from July 6th to July 10th.

Are you a passionate healthcare professional or nursing student eager to take your experience to the next level? Whether you aspire to become a nurse, healthcare administrator, or anything in between, our Direct Care Training at The Kensington Bethesda will provide you with the skills you need to jumpstart your healthcare career.
This is a 5-day, in-person, paid training for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys.
