Maintains a safe and sanitary environment by performing deep cleaning, waste removal, and floor maintenance. Responsibilities also include event setup, furniture moving, and responding to environmental services emergencies.
Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to follow instructions while operating cleaning equipment. Prior experience in housekeeping or heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Essential Function:
Maintains a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment by performing cleaning and support tasks in accordance with departmental standards.
Heavy-Duty Responsibilities:
Performs deep cleaning and maintenance tasks including waste and linen removal, detailed cleaning of fixtures and surfaces, carpet and floor care (including shampooing and refinishing), furniture moving, event setup, and mattress rotation. Responds to EVS emergencies, reports unusual conditions, complies with all safety/waiver requirements, and completes weekend or additional assignments as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor.
