Responsibilities

The representative will make over 150 outbound calls daily to build relationships with property managers and uncover business opportunities. They are responsible for managing their sales pipeline via CRM and following a proven script to convert warm leads into customers.

Requirements

Candidates should be energetic, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume phone outreach. While sales experience is helpful, backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or collections are also welcomed.

We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing commercial sales team in Clearwater.

If you're competitive, enjoy talking to people, and are motivated by achieving goals, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

This isn't a "smile and dial" call center job. Every conversation is an opportunity to build relationships with property managers, uncover business opportunities, and help customers maintain their commercial properties.
 
You'll follow a proven sales script, receive structured training, and work with warm commercial leads. We provide the process—you bring the determination to master it.
 
What You'll Do
  • Make 150+ outbound calls each day.
  • Follow our proven script to guide professional sales conversations.
  • Build relationships with property managers across the country.
  • Confidently work through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover opportunities and gather competitive information.
  • Follow up consistently until opportunities become customers.
  • Keep detailed records and manage your pipeline using our CRM.

Sales experience is helpful, but we also welcome applicants from customer service, hospitality, recruiting, collections, and high-volume call center environments.
