The Superintendent manages the entire homebuilding process from groundbreaking to final close, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. They coordinate with trade partners, inspectors, and internal departments to maintain high quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in the homebuilding industry, with a preference for 2-5 years of production homebuilding experience. A high school diploma is required, while an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred.
