Oversee and perform maintenance of production equipment and plant facilities while leading and coaching maintenance personnel. Develop preventive maintenance programs, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
Requires a High School or Vocational diploma with proficiency in metal and woodworking tools; trade school certification and PLC/electrical experience are preferred. Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work overtime and Saturdays.

Our decoration services include screen printing, hot stamping, heat shrink labeling, sleeve and pressure sensitive labeling. We are also able to provide additional graphic design services upon request. Our warehouse space totals over 225,000 square feet with locations in Fridley, Minnesota & Cleveland, Ohio. These facilities allow us to warehouse and manage our customer’s inventory, releasing shipments as needed, “Just in Time”. Customers that have utilized our services have seen a substantial amount of growth in business due in part to our technical and value-added services.
