The role involves undergoing comprehensive on-the-job training across various operational functions to eventually execute the duties of a Management Executive. Key tasks include managing automation projects, reviewing standard operating procedures, and assisting department heads in planning and directing work.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Logistics & Supply Chain Management. The position requires a willingness to be deployed internationally to various Katoen Natie locations.
