We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join the KARPATHIOS Development team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial, hospitality and logistics sectors.
In this role, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle — from developing concept designs and architectural studies to preparing technical documentation and coordinating project delivery. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers and clients, bringing design vision and technical requirements together.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine architectural concept designs and progress them into complete architectural studies
- Produce technical drawings, 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings for approval processes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and clients to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project
- Participate actively in all project phases, from initial concept through design development and delivery
- Research and specify materials, finishes and products in line with project requirements and sustainability objectives
- Apply and promote sustainable design practices across residential, commercial and industrial building typologies
- Support the preparation of permit documentation and coordinate with public authorities where required
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture (University / Polytechnic)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray or equivalent)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects across a range of scales and typologies
- High level of creativity, precision and attention to design detail
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent command of Greek and a good command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience working on commercial, hospitality, or industrial projects
- Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and federated model management
- Knowledge of Greek building regulations, permitting procedures, and KENAK energy performance standards
- Experience in sustainable design practices or familiarity with green building certification frameworks (e.g. LEED)
- Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
- Flexible working hours
- Participation in local industry conferences, design events and professional seminars
- Access to continuous learning and professional development opportunities
- A collaborative, creative and supportive working environment
