The Guest Service Representative manages guest registrations, reservations, and payments while providing attentive service throughout their stay. They are also responsible for maintaining the campground store and resolving guest concerns to ensure a high-quality experience.
Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. They will accommodate campground guests by registering, issuing keys, keeping proper record of occupied sites, making and confirming reservations and collecting payments. The GSR will help maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized store.
