Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs in vacant and occupied apartments. Maintain accurate daily records of work orders and participate in an emergency on-call schedule.
Candidates must be mechanically inclined with the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and pass a criminal record check. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow directions are essential.
