Candidates must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. Depending on the role, a CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and 6-24 months of licensed childcare experience may be required.

Create a safe, welcoming classroom where every child feels seen and supported
Plan engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Encourage social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through play
Build positive partnerships with families
Work closely with fellow teachers to create a fun, collaborative classroom environment
Qualified Teachers: $22–$25/hour DOE
Infant/Toddler Caregivers: $19–$21/hour DOE
Teacher Aides: $17–$18.50/hour

18+ years old
High school diploma or GED
CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
18+ years old
High school diploma or GED
12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed setting
Required infant/toddler training (training available if needed)
If you're passionate about working with children but don't yet meet all PATCH qualifications, ask about our limited Teacher Aide opportunities. We'll help you complete the required training—including paying for your CDA—to grow your career with us.
Not qualified yet?
We may have limited Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour) We even cover the cost of your CDA! (Child Development Associate)
