The Group Leader is responsible for welcoming children and facilitating morning activities to ensure a safe and engaging start to the school day. They will collaborate with teammates to maintain a structured environment and support the social and behavioral development of the children.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. A patient, reliable, and team-oriented attitude is required, with previous experience working with children considered a plus.

At Kamaʻāina Kids, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. As a Group Leader, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values professionalism, creativity, and genuine care for children and their ʻohana.
As a Before School Group Leader, you’re a steady, welcoming presence in the early hours—helping children arrive safely, ease into the day, and feel prepared for learning. You’ll create a positive morning environment that balances structure, fun, and connection.

Up to $1,000 per semester in tuition assistance
Paid training—no prior experience required
