The Research Lead will architect and oversee the research ecosystem, managing everything from quick user testing to long-term clinical validation. They are responsible for translating technical findings into actionable insights to drive product development and public claims.
Requires a Master's degree or higher in rehabilitation science, biomedical engineering, or a related field. Candidates must have hands-on experience with user research methodologies, IRB processes, and managing clinical projects in resource-constrained environments.

You'll be conducting in-house research and working with outside groups to go a level deeper.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring equal expertise in clinical seating assessments and cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into tangible advancements.
