Lead the day-to-day operations of the Berlin engineering team, including mentoring, hiring, and resource allocation. Act as a hands-on engineer who prototypes complex problems and translates architectural direction into executable plans.
Requires 2-5+ years of experience leading engineering teams with a strong hands-on background in Python/Django, TypeScript/React, or cloud infrastructure. Must possess strong soft skills for feedback and communication, and be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.

We are now looking for a Tech Lead to run our Berlin engineering team day-to-day: a hands-on engineer who prototypes the hard problems, allocates the right people to the right work, mentors the team, and turns architectural direction from our CTO and VP Engineering into a plan the team can execute on. You will report directly to the CTO.
