Oversee the daily non-event operations of the Indoor Sports Centre and Youth Sports Ground, including staff management and facility maintenance. Coordinate bookings, ensure compliance with league regulations, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver a positive customer experience.
Requires a degree in Sports & Recreation, Facilities Management, or Business Administration with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role. Must be proficient in MS Office and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

The Manager - Community Sports Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day non-event operations of the Indoor Sports Centre and the Youth Sports Ground, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, ensuring the facility is clean and well-maintained, coordinating bookings and activities, ensuring compliance with league regulations and a positive experience for customers.
