The Intake Representative is responsible for processing patient referrals and managing the intake process for specialty medications. This includes verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining necessary authorizations, and coordinating with patients regarding their financial obligations.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of previous intake experience. Proficiency in medical coding systems such as HCPC, ICD-10, and CPT is required.

About the role:
As an Intake Representative at KabaFusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances for patients receiving specialty medications; such as Remicade and Stelara. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.
