The manager will lead the on-site construction team, supervising subcontractors and monitoring costs to ensure budget adherence. They are responsible for walking homes through various construction stages to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
Candidates need 3-5 years of experience managing the full construction process, including knowledge of building codes and scheduling. A valid driver's license is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

You’ll make sure everything is done right. We’ll give you the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor all phases of building our customer’s new home. As a leader of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities; monitor all costs and implement cost controls and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.
3-5 years’ experience managing the entire construction process, knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods required. Supervisory skills necessary. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
