The Service Dispatcher manages the administration and productivity of the Service Department, including scheduling jobs and coordinating resources. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting field technicians and sales staff.
Candidates should have proven supervisory experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the HVACR or building services industry. Proficiency in communication, basic HVACR knowledge, and familiarity with scheduling software are highly desired.
