The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. They also assist with apartment turns, grounds maintenance, and responding to emergency maintenance calls.
Candidates should have experience in property maintenance or a related trade with a working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 80lbs and working in various weather conditions.
