The Business Analyst will define application and workflow requirements by collaborating with clients and subject matter experts. They will also manage backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, and document functional requirements to ensure successful software implementation.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, including 2 years in healthcare, federal, or military sectors. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

As a Business Analyst at Juvare you’ll put your subject matter expertise and business analysis skills into practice as part of our software implementation and/or product management teams. In this role, you’ll take the lead on defining application and/or workflow requirements with clients, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders. Through backlog refinement sessions, you’ll write epics and related detailed user stories, translate business requirements into actionable improvement plans, validate solutions meet the client definition of “done.”
