Lead a team of educators to deliver a child-centred before and after school program for children aged 5-12. Manage daily operations, including rosters, compliance, and building partnerships with families and the school community.
Must be working towards or hold a relevant qualification to be a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD and complete National Child Safety Training. Requires a National Police Check, Working with Children check, and valid Australian work rights.

Helping Hands Elimbah is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Assistant Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.
This is a permanent, part-time role (25 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday.

About your new role
As an Assistant Coordinator, you’ll help lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
