Regional Field Marketing Manager - East

Support the Regional Commercial Manager in driving Portfolio agenda, designing, facilitating and enabling Area Managers to execute impactful field marketing investments that strengthen territory performance and deliver commercial objectives. 

The role manages the regional marketing investment budget, acts as the regional guardian of the Territory Growth Model, and serves as the main regional contact for Head Office Sales and Marketing teams as the Consumer Champion, ensuring consumer, channel and commercial priorities are translated into effective regional execution.

As the Regional Field Marketing Manager in the area of Sales, you will: 

Field Marketing Investment Planning and Monitoring

• Support the Regional Commercial Manager in designing regional field marketing investment in line with Portfolio priorities, frameworks and activity plans in order to help Area Managers deploy impactful initiatives aligned with consumer opportunities, channel priorities and commercial objectives.

Regional Budget Management

• Manage the regional marketing investment budget in order to ensure disciplined planning, transparent allocation, tracking, optimization and compliance of spend, while improving effectiveness and return on investment.

Area Manager Enablement and Execution Support

• Facilitate and support Area Managers in translating plans into high-quality field execution in order to strengthen in-market impact, improve consistency of investment deployment, and accelerate delivery of regional sales and growth priorities.
• Support relevant bottom-up proposal from Area Managers and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders is obtained in timely manner, including resource needs (Merchandiser, POSMs, etc.)

Territory Growth Model Stewardship

• Act as the regional guardian of the Territory Growth Model in order to embed the model in planning and execution, monitor adherence, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure the region applies a consistent, growth-oriented commercial approach.

Consumer Champion

• Serve as the main regional contact person for Head Office Sales and Marketing teams and act as Consumer Champion in order to connect regional execution with consumer insight, business priorities and company standards, while ensuring feedback loops support better decision-making and future plans.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of solid experience in field marketing, sales operations, commercial excellence or route-to-market roles, with proven exposure to budget management, field execution support, and cross-functional stakeholder management. 
• Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa
