The Human Resources Coordinator manages the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration. They also oversee benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and internal culture initiatives.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and strong English communication skills are required.
Own the complete employee lifecycle for an international, remote and presential organization —onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, training coordination and workforce-security compliance. The role is the operational backbone of HR: it keeps records accurate, processes consistent, and access governance tight across all entities and locations.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Orchestrate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences. Coordinate with IT, Finance, and hiring managers to provision systems, hardware, and accesses before Day 1, and ensure secure offboarding and knowledge handovers upon exit.
HRIS & Data Management: Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring all employee records, contracts, and data changes are accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, act as a liaison between staff and insurance providers, and help reconcile billing.
Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential digital employee files and ensure HR processes adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, or conflict resolution.
Performance Management: Track performance review cycles, schedule evaluation meetings, and collect feedback.
Engagement & Culture: Design, implement, and manage internal initiatives, events, and recognition programs that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Internal Communications: Manage communications related to company-wide engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration or Employee
Lifecycle Management.
Hands-on experience running onboarding and offboarding processes.
English: B2 minimum, C1 preferred (communication with international remote teams)
Practical experience with an HRIS and/or ATS, plus Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Exceptional organization, documentation discipline and attention to detail
Working awareness of data-security and access-management best practices
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
