The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will independently prepare, clean, and analyze complex healthcare datasets to support research initiatives and quality improvement strategies. They will also contribute to the preparation of manuscripts, technical memos, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in a quantitative field. Proficiency in statistical programming languages like R, Python, or Stata and experience with SQL and version control systems are required.
Joint Commission seeks a highly skilled and motivated Sr Healthcare Data Analyst to support a growing portfolio of research and analytics initiatives that inform quality improvement, accreditation strategy, certification programs, and system-level learning. Working directly with the Vice President and Chief Research Officer as well as Research Scientists, help prepare and analyze complex health care datasets and contribute to the preparation of manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, technical memos, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on role requiring technical rigor, independent execution, and a strong sense of mission.
