Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department, including managing and mentoring technicians to ensure high-quality service. Monitor department KPIs and resolve escalated customer concerns to maintain operational excellence.
Requires 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience and a valid driver's license. EPA Universal Certification and previous leadership or supervisory experience are preferred.

The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring technicians are equipped to deliver high-quality service while meeting company performance goals. This role provides leadership, coaching, scheduling support, quality assurance, and customer service oversight while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HVAC professional with proven leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
✔ 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience
✔ EPA Universal Certification preferred
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, repair procedures, and industry best practices
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with field service software, mobile technology, and scheduling platforms
✔ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
✔ Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards for quality and customer service
