Assist the manager in the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide excellent service to all customers and perform daily acts of kindness for colleagues and clients.
Candidates must possess a full driver's license and a mode of transport to cover various branch locations. While experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, personality and a positive attitude are valued over formal qualifications.

Position: Branch Colleague
Location: Welwyn Garden City.
Job Type: Permanent and full time
Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum, increasing to £26,624 per annum following a successful trial period. You also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to assist the manager in the day-to-day running of the branch. Within this purpose, the job holder will ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company policy and practice, and ensure an excellent service is provided to all customers at all times.
Lack of experience is not an issue for us, as every single colleague is given in-depth training from their very first day. You'll be walked through exactly how things are done, as we offer a fun, valuable learning experience that quickly teaches you the new skills you'll need to succeed.
