Perform foundational accounting tasks, maintain accounting schedules, and handle account reconciliations. Provide administrative support to management and other dealership departments while coordinating information with the Controller and Office Manager.
Requires a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry. Prior experience in accounting or dealership operations and familiarity with CDK software is preferred.

We are growing! Panama City Automotive group, John Lee Nissan Mazda is looking for the newest member of their accounting team! This is a structured growth opportunity designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive accounting.
Job duties are as follows:
· Learn and perform foundational accounting tasks.
· Maintaining accounting schedules regularly.
· Assist with daily office operations and administrative support
· Account reconciliations
· Work closely with senior accounting staff to receive hands-on training and cross training
· Develop an understanding of dealership operations, compliance, and reporting
· Must be able to coordinate and effectively communicate information to Office Manager, Controller and other associates.
