Sales Training教育经理负责在DPS中国范围内设计、整合并交付端到端的商业与专业教育解决方案。该岗位聚焦打造可规模化的商业培训与专业教育项目，结合商业实战能力、领导力发展及数字化学习产品。同时与业务及人力资源团队密切协作，确保学习项目能够推动能力提升并产生业务影响
一、商业与专业培训
识别DPS中国范围内商业、销售管理及专业教育需求；设计结构化能力框架与课程体系，覆盖商业卓越、销售管理及岗位专业能力；开发并交付高质量的面授、线上及混合式学习项目；通过明确学习目标、实战导向设计、评估机制及训后强化确保培训效果；支持高潜人才发展及一线销售人才项目。
二、数字化学习及教育产品设计
将学习需求与业务需求转化为清晰的数字化学习产品规划与路线图；设计以用户为中心的学习体验，包括微课、在线学习模块及混合式学习路径；建立验证、测试与反馈机制，确保学习项目的应用与效果；探索并引入新技术（如AI个性化学习、数据驱动推荐）以提升学习体验。
三、跨职能协同与项目交付
与BU业务负责人、人力资源/人才发展团队、IT/数字化团队及外部供应商紧密合作；管理从方案设计到落地的全流程交付，确保高质量用户体验；跟踪项目进度、范围、预算及关键沟通。
四、评估与持续优化
建立并实施评估体系，用于衡量学习应用情况、能力提升及业务影响；收集学员反馈及学习数据，持续优化内容设计及数字化解决方案；推动DPS中国学习体系与能力发展路径的长期优化。
教育背景：本科及以上学历，工商管理、教育、数字技术、人力资源或相关专业优先。
工作经验：5-8年相关经验，涵盖商业能力发展、销售培训、领导力发展或数字学习/教育产品设计；有商业或销售驱动型组织经验优先；具备产品思维、用户体验设计或数字学习平台经验者优先；有骨科或医疗器械行业背景优先。
深入理解商业能力建设及成人学习原理；具备数字化产品思维及用户导向体验设计能力；具备结构化问题解决及项目管理能力；优秀的沟通、引导与利益相关方管理能力；兼具战略思维与执行力；对人才发展、学习创新及业务影响评估充满热情；具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力。
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
