Requirements
The candidate must possess deep expertise in wines and spirits and be able to maintain the high standards of a starred restaurant. They should be capable of managing stock and collaborating with the Chef and management to evolve the wine list.

Conseil & Expérience Client
Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leurs choix de vins et boissons
Réaliser les accords mets et vins en cohérence avec la cuisine du Chef
Assurer un service du vin irréprochable dans le respect des standards de la restauration étoilée
Partager avec passion l’histoire des domaines, des vignerons et des cuvées
Participer activement à la création d’une expérience client mémorable et personnalisée
Gestion de Cave & Approvisionnements
Assurer la gestion quotidienne de la cave et des stocks
Réaliser les inventaires réguliers et suivre les niveaux de stock
Passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs en collaboration avec la Direction et le Chef
Contrôler les réceptions et garantir les bonnes conditions de stockage et de conservation
Participer à la sélection des références et à l’évolution de la carte des vins
Développement de l’Offre
Être force de proposition pour enrichir la carte des vins et boissons
Assurer une veille permanente sur les vignobles, producteurs et tendances du secteur
Participer à la mise en avant des références auprès des équipes et des clients
Former et accompagner les équipes de salle sur les vins, spiritueux et accords proposés
Excellence Opérationnelle
Garantir la parfaite tenue de la cave et des espaces de stockage
Veiller au respect des procédures et standards de qualité de l’établissement
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de salle et de cuisine pour assurer la fluidité du service
Contribuer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires boissons
