The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing proposals and tenders by analyzing project drawings and producing accurate quantity takeoffs. They collaborate with operations teams to develop competitive bids and construction methodologies for major heavy civil projects.
Candidates should ideally have at least 8 years of experience in heavy civil construction and proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office. A technical diploma, engineering degree, or registration with ASTTBC/EGBC is considered an asset.

Team & Culture
Our team has a strong foundation in the construction industry, with deep expertise in contract structures and heavy civil methodologies. The Senior Estimator will play a pivotal role in preparing proposals and tenders, working closely under the guidance of our Estimating Manager. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience estimating major heavy civil projects across BC, while also enjoying the independence to lead smaller initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can seamlessly support the needs of clients, site teams, and office staff. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and workloads while delivering high-quality results.
