The labourer will perform various site maintenance and construction tasks, including concrete repairs and fueling equipment according to safety protocols. They are expected to work effectively within a team while maintaining the ability to complete tasks independently.
Candidates should have previous experience in heavy civil construction and be physically capable of working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. A valid WorkSafeBC First Aid certificate is preferred, and applicants must provide their own personal protective equipment.

Team & Culture
We are seeking local candidates in the East Kootenays BC to join our heavy civil construction team on a day and night shift, non-camp basis. Our projects are fast-paced, physically demanding, and require individuals capable of performing 12 hour shifts with consistency and professionalism. The ideal candidate takes direction effectively while demonstrating the ability to work independently. Civil construction labour experience is considered a strong asset. Reliable personal transportation to site or a designated marshalling point is required.
