The instructor is responsible for designing and teaching the didactic and clinical components of a state-approved phlebotomy and medical assistant curriculum. They provide hands-on training and support students in preparing for the National Healthcare Association (NHA) exam.
The candidate must be able to teach accredited phlebotomy and clinical medical assistant courses and provide motivational coaching to students. They should be capable of updating curricula to incorporate digital content and new equipment.
