We are seeking a Community Manager to join our team at J. Coopers Row, a 312-unit, 12 story high-rise development directly adjacent to Nationals Park at 1319 South Capitol. The unit mix includes studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments in addition to ground level rental townhomes with private entrances.
Salary: $105,000-$115,000
The primary objective of the Community Manager is to supervise all phases of on-site operations, including the hiring, management of job performance and training of onsite staff.
