Lead Teachers are responsible for direct interaction with children through games, activities, and free play while ensuring their general health and well-being. They also handle lesson planning and maintain effective communication with parents, supervisors, and co-workers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience in a licensed preschool setting. A degree or certificate in Early Childhood Education or a CDA credential is preferred.
