Provide essential supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their homes and the community. Support residential operations across various locations as required by staffing needs.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Required certifications include HCWR entry as a DSP or CNA and a passing score on the S-TOFHLA literacy test.
JCFS is looking for talented and engaging individuals to provide supports to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their home and community. Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full -Time 9:00 p.m. - 9:15 a.m. - Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Staff may sometimes work in additional residential locations as training and staffing needs require.
This position pays $20.00 hourly rate with increases based on proven relatable experience.
Job Category: Union Required
Please be advised that DSPs are expected to train in and support all residential homes within the department, as required by staffing and operational needs.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
