The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for building, troubleshooting, and maintaining tooling, progressive dies, fixtures, and precision components. They will operate manual machine shop equipment and ensure production equipment operates efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in tool and die or precision machining. Proficiency in reading blueprints and operating manual machine shop equipment is required, with experience in progressive dies strongly preferred.
Masterack is looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, fixtures, and other equipment that keeps production running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, working with precision tools, and supporting manufacturing operations, we'd love to hear from you.
