Lead safe and efficient 2nd shift operations across two manufacturing facilities, supervising production employees and departmental activities. Coordinate production priorities, troubleshoot operational issues, and promote a safety-first and quality-focused culture.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience with previous leadership or supervisory experience in a plant environment. Strong communication, technology skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are essential.
