The Maintenance Technician will perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while ensuring the property's amenities and shared spaces are well-maintained. They are also responsible for completing punch walks and make-ready work to provide an exceptional resident experience.
Candidates should have experience in apartment maintenance or related fields, with an HVAC certification considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation are required.
