About the Role

We're looking for a Partner Business Manager to help expand IXOPAY's partner ecosystem across Europe and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships.

In this role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with key technology, payments, and strategic partners throughout the European market while developing go-to-market initiatives that drive joint pipeline, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth. Working closely with regional Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and global teams, you'll identify opportunities for collaboration while navigating the unique complexities of Europe's payments landscape.

This is an opportunity to help shape IXOPAY's European partnership strategy while working with leading payment providers, technology companies, and industry partners across the region.

What You'll Do

Build Strategic Partnerships

• Develop and grow relationships with strategic partners across Europe, fostering long-term collaboration and mutual business growth.

• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through new integrations, joint initiatives, and commercial opportunities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for regional partner organizations.

Drive Go-to-Market Success

• Develop and execute localized go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline, increase revenue, and expand IXOPAY's presence across European markets.

• Partner closely with Sales to support partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver regional campaigns, webinars, events, co-branded content, and demand generation initiatives.

Enable Partner Success

• Lead partner enablement initiatives, ensuring partners understand IXOPAY's platform, products, integrations, and value proposition.

• Drive account mapping, opportunity planning, and strategic alignment with partner sales teams.

• Continuously improve referral processes and operational workflows that strengthen collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.

Measure and Optimize Performance

• Track and analyze key partnership metrics, including referrals, pipeline generation, ARR contribution, conversion rates, and partner engagement.

• Identify opportunities to improve partner programs, commercial models, and ecosystem performance.

• Share regional market insights and partner feedback with Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to help shape future strategy.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel management, alliances, business development, or ecosystem growth within SaaS, FinTech, payments, or enterprise technology.

• Experience building and growing strategic partnerships across European markets.

• Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem, including regional payment methods, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.

• Understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, including referral, reseller, co-sell, and partner-led sales motions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.

• Willingness to travel throughout Europe for partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.

Preferred

• Professional proficiency in one or more additional European languages.

• Experience within payments, payment orchestration, fraud prevention, e-commerce, or financial technology.

• Experience with CRM, PRM, and ecosystem platforms such as Salesforce, Crossbeam, PartnerStack, or similar technologies.

• Experience developing regional go-to-market and demand generation initiatives.

• Experience working with global technology partners or strategic alliance programs.

Compensation: The compensation range for this position includes both base salary and on-target earnings (OTE).
