Candidates should have experience in public-sector modernization and evaluating cloud architecture options. Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Visio, along with professional certifications like CBAP or PMP, is preferred.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the modernization of a large public-sector web application and related systems.
The consultant will partner with the Solution Architect, project leadership, IT teams, business stakeholders, security, and compliance teams to develop and evaluate two cloud-based solution options. The role requires strong experience in architecture-focused analysis, requirements management, process improvement, stakeholder facilitation, data governance, and technical documentation.
Candidates must currently reside in Washington State, preferably in Olympia or the greater Seattle area, and be available for in-person meetings as required.
