The Associate Asset Manager supports senior investment professionals by managing property files, budgets, and lender reports. They are responsible for overseeing property managers, negotiating leases, and managing capital improvement projects to maximize occupancy and rental rates.
A 4-year college degree and at least 5 years of commercial property or asset management experience are required. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of real estate law, finance, and accounting procedures along with excellent organizational skills.
