Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of production experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess basic communication and mathematical skills.

Position Description
Title: Cast Line Operator
Department: Converting/Extrusion
Immediate Supervisor: Manufacturing Supervisor
Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Position Purpose: The Cast Line Operator operates, maintains, and controls the production equipment and process on the production floor to produce a high quality finished hand wrap or machine wrap roll in a safe and productive manner to efficiently service customer orders by performing the following duties.
