The Rehabilitation Specialist educates members on functioning within their community and develops treatment plans to foster independent living. They provide community and home-based services while collaborating with an integrated care team to achieve social integration goals.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Health related field or equivalent experience, along with one year of behavioral health experience. Required credentials include a DPS Level I fingerprint clearance and a valid Arizona Driver's License.
